📜 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the KRAYR website (www.krayr.net) and our study abroad consultancy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

KRAYR reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms apply to all users, including students, parents, university partners, and any other visitors to our platform.

🎓 2. Our Services

KRAYR provides professional study abroad consultancy services including but not limited to:

• University and course selection guidance
• Application preparation and submission assistance
• Scholarship application support
• Student visa application guidance
• Pre-departure orientation and post-arrival support
• English language test preparation referrals
• Accommodation and travel assistance

All services are provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive for successful outcomes, we cannot guarantee university admission, visa approval, or scholarship awards as these decisions are made by third parties.

💰 3. Fees & Payment

Our consultancy fees are communicated upfront during the initial consultation. Key points regarding payments:

• All fees are quoted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or equivalent local currency unless specified otherwise.
• A non-refundable registration fee may be required to initiate the application process.
• Success fees (if applicable) are only charged after confirmed admission or visa approval.
• All payments must be made via bank transfer, credit card, or approved payment gateways.
• Receipts and invoices will be provided for all transactions.
• University application fees, visa fees, language test fees, and other third-party costs are separate and payable directly by the student.

Fee structures are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated before services are rendered.

🔄 4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read our refund policy carefully:

• Registration Fee: Non-refundable once the application process has commenced.
• Consultation Fee: Refundable within 7 days of payment if no services have been rendered.
• Success Fee: Refundable only if mutually agreed terms are not met (e.g., no admission offer received after 6 months).
• Cancellation by Student: Written notice must be provided. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service completion.
• Cancellation by KRAYR: Full refund of unrendered services if we are unable to continue providing support.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@krayr.net and will be processed within 14 business days.

📋 5. Student Responsibilities

To ensure successful outcomes, students agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information in all applications and documentation.
• Meet all deadlines for document submission, application fees, and visa appointments.
• Actively participate in the application process and respond promptly to counsellor communications.
• Prepare for and take required English language tests (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, etc.) as advised.
• Maintain adequate funds for tuition, living expenses, and visa requirements.
• Comply with all visa conditions and immigration laws of the destination country.
• Notify KRAYR immediately of any changes in circumstances (academic, financial, personal).

Failure to fulfil these responsibilities may result in delayed or unsuccessful applications, for which KRAYR shall not be held liable.

⚖️ 6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• KRAYR acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for decisions made by universities, embassies, scholarship bodies, or government authorities.
• We do not guarantee admission to any specific university or program.
• We do not guarantee visa approval — final decisions rest with immigration authorities.
• We are not liable for delays or rejections caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the student.
• Our total liability, in any circumstance, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the student to KRAYR.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that study abroad applications involve inherent risks and uncertainties.

🔒 7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

KRAYR is committed to protecting your personal information. Key provisions:

• All student information is treated as strictly confidential.
• Data is shared only with universities, embassies, and authorised third parties necessary for application processing.
• We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third parties for marketing purposes.
• You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data as per our Privacy Policy.
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

⚠️ 8. Prohibited Conduct

Users of our services agree NOT to:

• Provide false, forged, or misleading documents or information.
• Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten our counsellors or staff.
• Attempt to circumvent visa regulations or engage in immigration fraud.
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our website or services.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of services and legal action where applicable.

🌐 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the KRAYR website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of KRAYR or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without written permission.
• The KRAYR name and logo are registered trademarks.
• Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

You retain ownership of the documents and information you provide to us for application purposes.

📍 10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

• Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
• For international students, applicable laws of the destination country may also apply to visa-related matters.

The prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.

KRAYR reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any student under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information or documents.
• Non-payment of agreed fees.
• Harassment or abusive behaviour toward staff.
• Engagement in illegal activities related to study abroad processes.

Upon termination, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered. Students will be notified in writing of the termination decision.

📌 14. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and KRAYR regarding the use of our services. They supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
